From the beginning of the game to the final seconds of the game, the bills had everyone on notice. Opening up Highmark Stadium their new home in unforgettable fashion, beating the lions 41 to 31. With another MVP performance by quarterback Josh Allen.

At the jumping out to a 14 and nothing lead, the bills acted like they played in this stadium for years. Josh Allen never looked and felt so comfortable. He passed for three touchdowns and ran two in himself bulldozing through the line to score his first. It’s tough to keep up with the team that scores on their first five out of six possessions. The bills came in with the game plan and executed it without question. If things are going to look like this throughout the season, especially at home for the bills the NFL better buckle up. Whether it’s the new coach, whether it’s new players that were added, Josh Allen looks like he’s having so much fun in throwing with ease. New Edition DJ Moore went down with a finger and shoulder injury had everyone questioning what his season will look like. Josh Allen appeared to walk over while Moore was down showing the true care he has for his new team member. James Cook, Dalton Kincaid community offense, allowing for both the passing and run game to be effective. James Cook looked untouchable out cutting, weaving, jumping and even catching.

Although Detroit did not put their heads down and tucked their tails between their legs, they continue to battle. Quarterback for the Lions Jared Goff what’s pretty impressive throwing four touchdowns with no interceptions. Although he does not move his legs like Allen does, he stayed in the pocket and threw dime keeping the game close and everyone on their heels. Amon-Ra St. Brown appeared with two touchdowns himself while making a fantastic catch in the middle of the field late in the game. But ultimately the bills were too hard to contain. Controlling the bills run game is gonna be difficult this year as it is but tonight, Detroit allowed over 200 rushing yards. And with the running back the bells have they were unable to sustain any leverage.

Despite Detroit’s loss, their offer look powerful and willing to stand with the best. They will be a team to watch down the line as they build. They’re able to spread the ball run the ball pass the ball.

This Bills victory at home, especially being the first game is going to be something special. This is gonna be a special season for the Buffalo Bills. The only thing they have in mind now is the Super Bowl. Opening up a new stadium is hard enough. They didn’t flawless now they’re executing for something bigger.
