If every college football Saturday looks like it did yesterday we are going to be in for a fantastic college football year. From the ducks trailing most of the game to the Hail Mary pass that the Wolverines embraced every moment I was on the edge of my seat. We can’t forget about the two hour delay that will never know. In all things football, the Oregon’s ducks took down Boise State 34-27. As for much of the game, it seemed like Boise State knew what the ducks were going to do. Michigan looked like it was headed for a shocking loss to start the season but the wolverines held off in Michigan fashion. After finding themselves trailing 12-7 with most of the game over already the Madness was just around the corner, Michigan would not go down without a fight or in this case a miracle. After review that put 1 second back on the clock giving Michigan the only chance they needed. Bryce Underwood would drop back, launch a 47 yard hail Mary just perfect enough for J.J Buchanan to come down with it. TOUCHDOWN! its the kind of ending you only dream about as a fan. After the statement LSU made last night the Clemson Tigers need to go back to the drawing board. After Nearly two hour rain delay LSU came out and made one thing clear: They are here to play and not just play dominate. After the second play of the game ended in a Clemson interception the LSU tigers never turned back. Sam Leavitt with a all around impressive performance, LSU defense completely overwhelmed the Clemson tigers. By half time the LSU tigers where well ahead 31-3. After a start like that Clemson had to refocus on fundamentals and chip away knowing there season opener would need much improvements.
